Poster Examples

(I am building this page this week--more information and pictures will follow) 
As I travel and speak, it would seem many of you are most interested in my poster concept.  When I am with a group, everyone seems to love my poster samples, yet many of you have difficulty after purchasing the poster with what to do with them once you get home.  Please just keep in mind you want to make the posters interactive and interesting.  Many posters have teaching ideas on the back.  Here are some ideas:  (pictures will be coming this week)
1.  Buy two, cut one up to use as manipulatives on the second one.
2.  Use library pockets to make areas on the posters to insert cards or slips of paper with "answers" or interactive information for the poster.
3.  Make the posters "span the ages" by providing different manipulatives for the different age groups.  Or, use different colors of library pockets on the posters.  Each child will know their own color to interact with.
4.  While lamination is great, you will get by just fine without having your posters laminated.
5.  Oftentimes, using real life manipulatives will really bring the information to light.  The first two poster pictures will better explain this:
